I recently stayed at this hotel and while it has its charm, it definitely needs some work. The location is quite close to Indiana Beach, which is a plus, but the condition of the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. The rooms were mostly clean, but I noticed a few areas could use better upkeep. The pool was a nice feature, but when I visited, it wasn't heated as advertised. Overall, it's an affordable option, but I hope they invest in renovations soon.
